Kangjie Li is a highly accomplished Quality and Reliability Lead with over two decades of specialized experience in reliability engineering and product qualification across the telecom and disk drive sectors.Her expertise is centered on developing robust reliability engineering programs and implementing rigorous product qualification strategies that ensure exceptional, long-term product performance. Throughout her career, she has successfully led the development and qualification cycles for many mission-critical products, including advanced devices like tunable lasers and transceiver modules. Kangjie holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Materials Science from University of Rochester and B.S. from Zhejiang University.
